PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which can eliminate a dewatering work of a tank, at the same time eliminate a heating means such as heater, and keep, for example, rooms such as basement always at a comfortable temperature and humidity.;SOLUTION: A dehumidifier body 41 of the dehumidifier 40 is installed on a display stand 16 of an underfloor containing space 10. Further, one end side of a water suction piping 42 in which a plurality of capillary tubes are embedded comes into contact with an adsorbent of the dehumidifier 41, by which the moisture adsorbed to the adsorbent is sucked up automatically by the capillary phenomenon with the water suction piping 42. Then, the moisture sucked up until the other end side of the water suction piping 42 is led to an intake material 44c of a drain piping 44 by a blower 43, and at the same time, the moisture led to the intake material 44c jets out from an upper end of the drain piping 44 to the outside on the ground by utilizing the air pressure from the blower 43 passing through an air passage 44d of the drain piping 44.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
