ELUTION-PREVENTING AGENT AND SOIL-TREATING AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elution-preventing agent easily and simply preventing heavy metals from being eluted from soil at a low cost; and to provide a soil-treating agent.;SOLUTION: The soil-treating agent contains cement, gypsum, fry ash and an essence. The essence contains the elution-preventing agent and a solidification-promoting agent for promoting the solidification of the soil. Concretely, iron, sodium thiosulfate and potassium chloride are used as the elution-preventing agent, and calcium oxide is used as the solidification-promoting agent. The soil-treating agent is added to the soil, and when cyanide, arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury and chromium are present in the soil, the cyanide and the arsenic are scavenged by the iron, the cadmium, the lead and the mercury are scavenged by the sodium thiosulfate, and the chromium is scavenged by the calcium sulfate and silicon dioxide.
