PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated memorial plate bearing a photograph using an acrylic resin as a material and a sentence or a collection of brief farewell phrases and drawings inscribed in memory by a laser beam.;SOLUTION: The memorial plate has a display part 5 showing a photograph of a person to be left in memory or the like, a title part 6 of the memorial plate, a message part 7 dedicated to the person and a description part 8 displaying a testimonial or a letter of thanks or the collection of brief farewell phrases and drawings concerning the person or the like, all these parts being inscribed by a laser beam on the back of a transparent plate body 2 of a synthetic resin.
