PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the production efficiency by rapidly applying lubricant to an inner surface of a tube when performing rotary draw-bending of the tube.;SOLUTION: A lubricant applying means 14 to apply lubricant to an inner surface of a tube is provided on a mandrel body 12, and the tube 10 is set on a rotary draw-bending device, a mandrel 11 is inserted forward of the original position for bending the mandrel 11, the mandrel is returned backwardly and positioned at the original position, and lubricant is applied to the inner surface of the tube and rotary draw-bending is performed when the mandrel is retracted to the original position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
