PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a course registration drawing system that can accurately and easily handle course applications in a laborless manner even for an overloaded course.;SOLUTION: The course registration system 100 comprises an application processing part 102 for executing application processing such as course application information input at course applications from communication terminal devices 50; a registrant decision processing part 104 for executing registrant decision processing based on application processing results of every course; a course registration processing part 105 for executing course registrations of each student based on the registrant decision processing; and a system control part 110 for controlling the communication terminal devices 50 that input course application information and browse course registration results. The course application information filed by each student is collected across all the students, and the registrant decision processing is executed to fix courses of each student.
