PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure and a construction method for a concrete-filled square steel-pipe column and a reinforced concrete beam, which enable the effective utilization of the total strength of a main reinforcement of the beam, and which prevent an opening leakage from being caused by leakage of concrete from a gap between a horizontal hole of the steel-pipe column and the main reinforcement of the beam, passing through the horizontal hole.;SOLUTION: In the method for joining the concrete-filled square steel-pipe column and the reinforced concrete beam together, a beam reinforcement 5, which is composed of a deformed bar with a screw, is arranged in such a manner as to penetrate the whole of a beam reinforcement inserting hole 3 of opposed peripheral side face plates 2 of the square steel-pipe column 1; each anchorage fitting 6 with a female screw, which is screwed into the beam reinforcement 5, is pressure-bonded to outer surfaces of the opposed peripheral side face plates 2 outside the column 1; a diameter-enlarged flange 7 for reducing bearing pressure and preventing the leakage of the concrete from the opening is integrally provided on the side of the contact with the column 1 in the anchorage fitting 6; and the concrete 13 and the concrete 14 are placed in such a manner that the beam reinforcement 5 is embedded inside the column 1 and on the beam side of the column 1.
