PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an operation permission/non-permission information generating method, an operation permission/non-permission information generating program, and a recording medium for properly providing information related to operation authority for resources. PSOLUTION: This information processor is provided with an operation permission/non-permission information generating means: for executing the permission/non-permission decision of operations to be performed by one subject to one resource for each of the classifications of operations, on the basis of resource classification information for classifying each resource to be operated, subject classification information for classifying each of subjects which operate each of the resources and definition information to define rules related to the permission/non-permission decision of the operations for every classification of operations according to the combination of the classifications of the resources and the classifications of the subjects; and for generating operation permission/non-permission information showing the permission/non-permission for each of the classifications of the operations on the basis of the result of the permission/non-permission decision.
