PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daily report formation support program making a computer function as a device capable of reducing a burden placed on an employee by the formation of a daily report as much as possible, and a computer-readable medium storing the daily report formation support program.;SOLUTION: Data transmitted and received as daily reports between employees are accumulated in a storage of a daily report management device 30 in conformation to a security level regulating persons capable of browsing them. When a designated word designated as a retrieval condition by one employee and the managerial position level of this employee are inputted to the daily report management device 30, text data containing a keyword composed of the designated word and a relevant word relevant thereto are retrieved from a daily report database 34, and only text data with a security level lower than the managerial position level are extracted and disclosed to this employee.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
