SEISMIC REINFORCING FRAME STRUCTURE AND SEISMIC STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary bending moment and shearing force from being applied to a support which constitutes a seismic reinforcing frame, in arranging the seismic reinforcing frame structure irrespective of an existing structure or a new structure.;SOLUTION: The seismic response control reinforcing frame structure 7 is constituted of a support 4 which is erected between a relatively lower layer side slab 2 or subsoil and an upper layer side slab 3 and are vertically separated into upper and lower support members 41, 42, of an insulating device 5 which is interposed between the upper and lower support members 41, 42 and allows both the supports members 41, 42 to relatively move horizontally therebetween, and of a damper integrated brace 6 bridged between the support 4 and the slabs 2, 3 or the subsoil. The support member 41 located at the lowermost part is connected to either the lower layer side slab 2 or the subsoil, the support member 42 located at the upper most part is connected to the upper layer side slab 3, one end of the damper integrated brace 6 is connected to either the support member 41 at the lowest part of the support 4 or the support member 42 at the upper most part, the other end being connected to the upper layer side slab 3 or to the lower layer side slab 2 or to the subsoil.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
