PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely detect the filled state of grout in a PC sheath. PSOLUTION: The PC sheaths 2 in which PC steel materials 6 are enclosed and the grout 7 is filled are connected to each other through a tubular sensor stand 3 in which the PC steel material 6 is enclosed and the grout 7 is filled in the same manner as in the case of the PC sheath 2.
