PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for preferentially and promptly executing a desired specific program irrespective of a running program by simultaneously clicking both of left and right buttons of a mouse of a computer. PSOLUTION: When both of the left and right buttons of the mouse are simultaneously clicked, an OS management module 26 transfers a deleting signal of a menu window to a computer OS so that a previously set menu window normally displayed when the button of the mouse is clicked is not displayed. At the same time, when a simultaneous click of both of the left and right buttons of the mouse is recognized by a mouse click recognizing module 24, both of the management program and an execution file are displayed, and when a user selects an appropriate program out of a list of execution files, the selected program is run by a registration file execution module 28.
