APPROXIMATION CORRECTION METHOD OF MEASUREMENT VALUE TO TOXIC EQUIVALENT USING BIOLOGICAL REACTION OF TOXIC CHEMICAL SUBSTRANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an approximation correction method capable of calculating a corrected toxic equivalent approximated to a toxic equivalent of the world health organization from a value obtained by an easy and rapid measurement method that is a measurement method using a biological reaction such as immunoassay or bioassey.;SOLUTION: For a measurement value by this measurement method, on condition that the total quantity of the bonding amount of each compound contained in a toxic chemical substance such as dioxin with a ligand based on a respective specified reaction coefficient is quantitatively determined, and that the concentration composition ratio of each compound is substantially constant within a section with a common generating source of chemical substances, the estimated concentration of each compound is calculated by use of the preliminarily acquired concentration composition ratio of each compound, the estimated concentration is multiplied by a toxic equivalent factor of the world health organization to calculate an integrated value, and the resulting calculated value is taken as the corrected toxic equivalent C-TEQ.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
