DNA ARRAY, METHOD FOR ANALYZING GENE EXPRESSION USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MAKING SEARCH OF USEFUL GENE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for comprehensive analysis of gene expression of an organism having scarce information about the base sequence as the object with an inexpensive and efficient DNA array and to provide a method for making a search of a useful gene. PSOLUTION: The comprehensive analysis of the gene expression can be carried out without being subjected to restrictions on the amount of information about genetic sequence at all by directly immobilizing a genomic library prepared from a randomly cleaved genomic DNA fragment on a substrate providing individual identification and correspondence. Furthermore, a sub-DNA array in which a plasmid detected with the prepared random genomic DNA array is fragmented into a shorter DNA and immobilized on the substrate is prepared and the gene expression is analyzed to make the search of the useful gene.
