PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate a transmission right without the need for particular nodes to exchange a token frame between them.;SOLUTION: A plurality of information processing terminals 100 to 130 connected to a network manage the total sum of unit idle times obtained by detecting an idle time on the network as a parameter and acquire the transmission right when the parameter is coincident with its own node ID, and transmit a transmission frame including its own node ID to the network. A reception means 105 receives the transmission frame transmitted from the other information processing terminals 100 to 130 from the network and a control means 103 extracts the node ID included in the received transmission frame and updates the parameter with the node ID so as to synchronously adjust the parameter shared in common on the same network.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
