PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a task management shift device, its method and a task management shift system which can manage, by another operating system, a task under control of a different operating systems.;SOLUTION: The task management shift device 1 is provided with a dummy task DM generated based on task management information related to an object task M by a task management part 64 of a second operating system so as to be managed by a task management part 61 of a first operating system, and a sending means 13 which sends, to the dummy task DM, data of the object task M which is received by the task management part 61 of the first operating system and is managed by the task management part 64 of the second operating system.
