PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for managing efficiently medical equipments and supplies, using a constitutive component for constituting the medical equipments and supplies, as a unit. PSOLUTION: A component data storage part 452 stores constitutive component identifying information imparted to the prescribed constitutive components of the medical equipments and supplies. The component data storage part 452 stores a using attribute value indicating a use status for the constitutive component while correlated with the constitutive component identifying information. A use attribute value processing part 448 compares a use limit value as to a use limit of the constitutive component with the use attribute value to determine reuse of the component. A component interface processing part 444 conducts interface processing to an external component, and user interface processing part 442 conducts interface processing to the user.
