PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new anti-malignant gliomatous agent and an anti-malignant gliomatous agent for animals. PSOLUTION: The anti-malignant gliomatous agent comprises (a) a polypeptide composed of an amino acid sequence described in a sequence No.1 or 2 or (b) a polypeptide composed of an amino acid sequence in which a plurality of amino acids are deleted, substituted or added from/for/to the amino acid sequence described in the sequence No.1 or 2 and having anti-malignant gliomatous action or a mixture of the polypeptide (a) with the polypeptide (b).
