PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct the optimum calling system capable of solving a problem in calling of an item as a base therein and a form (method) therefor, in the calling for a patient waiting for a medical examination or a reception of a medicine. PSOLUTION: This patient in-hospital calling system by a computer is provided with a medical examination calling means by a speaker, by converting character information such as a name of the patient into a voice, as to the patient for whom a turn of the medical examination or inspection comes based on a reception table prepared preliminarily by the computer, in a patient calling system based on the reception table prepared in every section (or medical doctor in charge) for calling the patient waiting for the medical examination or the like in a hospital.
