PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding device and a power molding method in which two-layered green compact can be consistently molded with high accuracy without complicating powder molding device and the power molding process.;SOLUTION: The powder molding device used for molding two-layered green compact 10 with a molding 6a of second powder 6 laminated in an inclined condition on a molding 5a of first powder 5 comprises a cylindrical lower punch 13 to mold a lower end face of green compact, a die 11 having an inner hole consisting of a large diameter hole part 11a to form an outer circumferential surface of green compact, a small diameter hole part 11b to be freely slidably fitted to the lower punch, and a smooth stepped part 11c having an arc-shaped section to connect the large diameter hole part to the small diameter hole part, a columnar core rod 12 to be slidably fitted to the inner hole of the lower punch 13, and an upper punch 14 which extends from a columnar barrel portion 14a to be freely slidably fitted to the large diameter hole part of the die 11 while the diameter of a lower end face 14b is equal to the diameter of the core rod 12, and a tapered portion 14c which form the diameter is increased upward of the lower end face, and a stepped portion 14d to form an upper end face of green compact.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
