PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a mechanical conical deburring machine for removing a cutting burr of a slab or billet-like steel material, having high efficiency, inexpensive in maintenance service cost, easy in installation and incorporation, and reducing noise.;SOLUTION: One or a plurality of peeling cutters 4 are extendedly arranged at an angle of 0° to 45° in a spiral shape to the axis of a conical body in a truncated cone body 1 horizontally supported at an angle of 45° to 75°, and are constituted so as to be movable by compressed air, a hydraulic mechanism or a coil spring 8 on a shaft 6 for arranging a hub 5 or a segmental spoke of the truncated cone body at 45° to 75°.
