PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burning from occurring on the screen of a CRT in the case that a still image is continuously sent from a disk device side to a television receiver side.;SOLUTION: When the transmission of the data of the still image is started from the side of the disk device 2 of a disk device incorporated type television receiver 1 to the side of a television receiver 4, a timer 34 is started. When the timer 34 indicates that time is up after the continuation of the display of the still image, a CPU 24 on the side of the disk device 2 notifies a CPU 44 on the side of the television receiver 4 of the fact. The notified CPU 44 on the side of the television receiver 4 sends signals for selecting broadcasting signals from a tuner 41 to a signal selection part 42.
