PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a synthetic resin piece having short fibers fixed which is formed on a base sheet and wherein a magnet powder is mixed uniformly from the base sheet, in a desired state, to a desired place of a desired product such as clothes. PSOLUTION: The synthetic resin piece having the short fibers fixed is constituted by a method wherein a short fiber planted adhesive layer made by planting the short fibers is formed on the whole of one side of the base sheet, while a synthetic resin which is of a self-crosslinking type or has a crosslinking agent mixed and wherein the powder to be a magnet are mixed is formed as a pattern layer at the tops of the short fibers, in a state wherein the tops of the short fibers are thrust into the resin, and the powder of a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin having an affinity for the synthetic resin that forms the above layer is fused to the surface of the pattern layer.
