PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroless nickel-phosphorus plating bath for forming a black nickel film with which a film having satisfactory blackness, e.g., that the blackening degree is high and interference color is not emitted from the film surface is obtained, and further, the obtained film has satisfactory adhesion to the object to be plated and hardness as well, and has no interference color even if the thickness of the plating film is reduced, to provide a method of forming a black nickel film using the same, and to provide an acid blackening treatment solution.;SOLUTION: The electroless nickel-phosphorus plating bath is used for forming a black nickel-phosphorus film by blacking a nickel-phosphorus alloy film in processing of bringing the nickel-phosphorus alloy film into contact with an acid blackening treatment solution. In the electroless nickel-phosphorus plating bath, nickel salt, phosphate and organic acid and/or the salt thereof, and also one or more kinds selected from methionine, dimethyl sulfoxide, thiodiglycolic acid, benzothiazole, thiocyanic acid, thiocyanate, thiolactic acid and butanethiol, are contained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
