PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building, construction structure and structure with heat-absorbing and heat-insulating effect by use of a cold and heat sensitive color changing material which can solve the problem of attaching importance to design, aesthetic appearance or the like of a surface of the construction structure and the structure in a conventional method and enables a surface color of the construction structure and the structure to automatically change in reaction with temperature, that is, to a color difficult to absorb solar heat in hot weather and to a warm color to easily absorb solar heat in cold weather and improves the efficiency of cooling/heating effect.;SOLUTION: A material whose surface color is automatically changed in response to outdoor air temperature is employed in the construction structure and the structure in order to improve the efficiency of cooling/heating effect of the surface or interior of the construction structure and the structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
