PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for constructing an impact receiving slab, and a wall surface material for constructing the impact receiving slab optimum for constructing the impact receiving slab at a side face of a filled dam body in the field, and a construction method for a protective dam body improvable in the workability of the impact receiving slab in the field.;SOLUTION: The tool 10 for constructing the impact receiving slab provided with an end plate 11 and a rod 12 erected at the end plate 11 is used, and a rod 12 of the tool 10 for constructing the impact receiving slab fixedly mounted to one side face of the filled dam body is used to build up reinforcements.
