PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a commuting time, to eliminate the necessity that a family member drives two times in the morning and evening for a commuter who is given with a drive to a station by the family member, and to mitigate traffic jams in roads around the station, and to allow parking lots to exhibit their functions although the parking lots and its surrounding area are isolated areas.;SOLUTION: The commuter drives a private car 2 etc. from his/her home 1 and parks the private car at a large parking lot at somewhat far distance for walk to the station (about 1.0 km or more) (the parking lot of existing large commercial facilities (such as a large supermarket, home center or pachinko parlor) may be used), then, takes a bus 3 to the station, and takes a commuter train to commute.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
