PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that makes it possible to easily perform the accurate setting work of load monitoring conditions regarding a load monitoring condition decision method for deciding the load monitoring conditions of a computer system. PSOLUTION: A load generation part 21 applies load to the computer system 10 according to specification of load parameters from a system manager. An external response/throughput measuring part 22 measures response and throughput while applying load to the computer system 10. An internal resource state measuring part 12 measures a resource state of each resource while the load is applied. A load monitoring condition decision support part 23 decides the load monitoring conditions with respect to monitoring points, monitoring items and thresholds from the measuring results of response, throughput, and resource state.
