PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharging head in which positions of nozzle holes can be surely detected by a simple method, and to provide a nozzle hole position detection method and a liquid droplet discharging device.;SOLUTION: The liquid droplet discharging head 3 is formed by arranging a plurality of liquid droplet discharging elements 32 side by side. The liquid droplet discharging element 32, which has the nozzle hole 321, a pressure chamber 322 that communicates with the nozzle hole 321, and an actuator 323 for changing the pressure of a liquid filled in the pressure chamber 322, discharges the liquid as liquid droplets from the nozzle hole 321 by driving the actuator 323 and changing the pressure of the liquid. At least one nozzle hole-like hole 36 which is not used for discharging the liquid droplets is provided at a nozzle face 31 where the nozzle holes 321 of the respective liquid droplet discharging elements 32 are formed side by side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
