COMBINED AGENT BY COMBINING ANESTHETIC AND LANDIOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a drug reducing the amount of an anesthetic used by enhancing the anesthetic depth in balanced anesthesia, rapidly awakening after completing administration and ameliorating symptoms.;SOLUTION: A combined agent is prepared by combining the anesthetic with landiolol hydrochloride. The landiolol hydrochloride represented by the formula has short-time type β₁ receptor blocking actions and further actions on deepening the depth of the anesthetic. Thereby, since the amount of other anesthetics used can be reduced by using the landiolol hydrochloride, the agent is useful as an anesthetic adjuvant. Since this compound has a short half-life, the awakening time from the anesthesia is short and refreshing awakening can be promoted for patients.
