PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical mobile terminal, a medical image photographing controller and a medical image photographing system by which the efficiency of a job can be enhanced in the case of performing photographing using a portable medical image photographing device.;SOLUTION: The medical mobile terminal for controlling the mobile medical image photographing device performing the photographing for the purpose of diagnosing is provided with: a radio communication means 34 for performing communication with the medical image photographing controller which controls the medical image photographing device by using at least a radio means; a photographing control means 121c for controlling photographing in the portable medical image photographing device on the basis of examination request signals and photographing conditions received from the medical image photographing controller by using the radio communication means; and an examination result signal generation means 121d for generating examination result signals specifying an examination executed by the portable medical image photographing device and transmitting the examination result signals to the medical image photographing controller by using the radio communication means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
