PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case handle that makes it easy to carry a case by attaching a handle restricting movement of a belt within the through-hole of a grip member.;SOLUTION: A tubular belt 3, which is formed from fabric woven from synthetic threads or cotton threads and a stopper 4 formed from a synthetic resin are stuck to one on the other or joined with a double-sided adhesive tape, is inserted in a through-hole 2a formed lengthwise in a cylindrical grip member 2 formed from a synthetic resin so as to be flexible. Next, a rod-like core 5 formed from a synthetic resin is firmly fitted in the thus inserted belt 3. Substantially semicircular engaging holes 2c are formed in the grip member 2 almost at regular intervals in the direction of the length such that each hole extends from the through-hole 2a to the upper face of the grip member 2.
