PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate a tissue similar to a normal bile duct morphologically and functionally in about six months by transplanting a bioresorbable scaffold material seeded with bone marrow cells into the body.;SOLUTION: A substrate for bile duct tissue regeneration is seeded with cells and used for transplantation. The substrate comprises a bioresorbable porous material reinforced with bioresorbable fibers.
