PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral component analysis method and its device for improvement in resolution of a time varying spectrum.;SOLUTION: This spectral component analysis method includes a step for irradiating a sample by a light source, a step for detecting an optical spectrum passing through the sample; a step for dividing the detected optical spectrum at an optional time interval; a step for applying a weight vector, a gain vector, and an offset vector to the divided optical spectral for generating a resolution vector; a step for quantizing an analog signal of the resolution vector into a digital signal; and a step for recovering the quantized spectrum into the size of the optical spectrum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
