PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation process construction system and its program allowing easy construction of an efficient operation process without any waste for the overall work consisting of multiple fine operations. PSOLUTION: Taking a nexus between respective processes for an IO matrix into consideration, this operation process construction system executes optimum process calculation carried out in parallel for sub-processes operable at the same time. Based on the result of the optimum process calculation, a process table shown in the figure is formed automatically. Since a plurality of sub-processes operable at once are carried out in parallel to each other as shown in the process table, a period from start to end of the whole work can be shortened greatly.
