PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side ditch block generating a traveling sound of a wheel of a vehicle or traveling vibration capable of raising safety by improving such a dangerous situation that no warning is issued when the vehicle approaches a sidewalk side or a private area side while it is traveling a road. PSOLUTION: After the side ditch block has been constructed on the road, a plurality of projection sections (31) are scattered on a part (32) used as an upper surface to have the projection sections in advance in the case it is manufactured at a plant, and when the wheel at least near to the side ditch of the vehicle passes on the projection sections, the wheel comes into contact with the projection sections so that the sound and vibration can be generated.
