PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution contract support system that can select a solution service contract, the content of which conforms to the requirement of a user, and also provide a method therefor.;SOLUTION: The solution contract support system is provided with; an estimate condition input means which receives estimate conditions presented by a customer; a module master which stores each item relating to a solution service as a module; a sales pattern master which stores a standard combination of the modules, that is, the kind of business of the user and an introduced system; a storage means which stores customer information data including data on the equipment of the user; and an estimate means which selects either the sales pattern master or an optional combination of the modules according to the inputted estimate conditions, and estimates an amount of the solution contract by applying the customer information data to either the sales pattern or the optional combination of the modules thus selected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
