PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel cyclone device having high treatment efficiency capable of being reduced in length and to provide a dust removing apparatus equipped with the cyclone device and an automobile.;SOLUTION: The cyclone device is composed of a cyclone body, which applies revolving motion to a fluid containing a powdery or granular material to be treated to treat the material to be treated, an almost cylindrical preparatory revolving part for preliminarily applying the revolving motion to the fluid containing the material to be treated in the same direction as the revolving flow in the cyclone body and a connection passage for allowing the fluid, to which the revolving motion is applied in the preparatory revolving part to flow out in a tangential direction from the preparatory revolving part and also allowing the fluid to flow in the cyclone body from the tangential direction.
