PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutter body and a boring method by the rotary cutter body, for improving the service life of the rotary cutter body, by minimizing edge abrasion by intense heat generated in rotational processing of the rotary cutter body, by increasing the cooling effect of the rotary cutter body by a cutting liquid.;SOLUTION: This rotary cutter body A has a shank 1 in one side part, and has a blade body 2 in the other side part. A sending-in hole 3 of the cutting liquid is arranged in an outside end part of the shank. A flow passage 4 of the cutting liquid in the longitudinal direction of a rotary shaft, is bored inside the shank and the blade body by connecting with the sending-in hole.
