PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely manufacturing a lead-free fine metal hydrazine nitrate used in an igniter, an initiating explosive, a base charge and the like using a microreacter with a specific passage below the detonation threshold diameter, and to provide a metal hydrazine nitrate composition of which the friction sensitivity is desensitized.;SOLUTION: The fine crystal metal hydrazine nitrate is obtained by allowing an aqueous solution of the metal nitrate and an aqueous solution of hydrazine to flow into the microreacter with the passage below the detonation threshold diameter and to bring into contact with each other in a flow rate of a predetermined ratio and conducting the continuous reaction of both the aqueous solutions. The fine crystal of the metal hydrazine nitrate is also obtained by arranging the microreacter into an ultrasonic washing machine. The fine crystal has an average particle size of 20 μm or less. The friction sensitivity and the ignition sensitivity are desensitized by mixing the metal hydrazine nitrate with at least one or more selected from a metal salt of stearic acid and a metal salt of carbonic acid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
