PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an obi interlining cloth containing Bincho charcoal powder, which removes perspiration and smell attached to an obi by adding bincho charcoal powder to an obi interlining cloth, always keeps an obi clean and comfortable by powerful antimicrobial activity, prevents mold growth by providing hygroscopicity, is warm in winter and cool in summer by radiating far-infrared radiation from the obi interlining cloth, recovers fatigue by minus ion and removes a harmful chemical substance.;SOLUTION: A polyester fiber is mixed with superfine particle powder 2 of Bincho charcoal 1. The polyester fiber and cotton in the ratio of about 30% to about 70% by weight are spun to give a yarn 3. An obi interlining cloth 4 is obtained from the yarn.
