ELEMENT FOR GREENING VEGETATIVE BLOCK

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element for a greening vegetative block which not only prevents a rolling phenomenon of plant roots, partial excessive growth of soil bacteria, and deflection of nutrients, but also facilitates production thereof and contributes to construction of a rigid greening vegetative foundation on a concrete slope surface even if the slope surface has rugged portions. PSOLUTION: The element 1A for the greening vegetative block is formed of a rectangular plate member having a number of folds 12 formed therein at equal intervals in a direction at right angles to a longitudinal direction of the plate member, and a number of through holes 13 formed in divisions defined by the folds 12. Then by folding the element 1A in the field or the like and connecting overlap width portions 14, 14 at both ends of the element 1A together by means of staples or the like, the greening vegetative block having a polygonal cross section can be very easily produced.
