PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a dry joint material itself for an exterior wall, and the replacement cost of the dry joint material which is attached to an exterior wall joint.;SOLUTION: This dry joint material is equipped with a water-sealing body part 2 which is fitted into the exterior wall joint 10 so as to cut off the joint, and a facing part 3 for covering the joint 10 from an outdoor side. The body part 2 and the facing part 3, which are composed of separate elements, can be disconnectably connected together by fitting, and structurally, the facing part 3 can be structurally removed from the joint 10 in a state wherein the body part 2 is left in the joint 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
