PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eggshell cutting unit in an egg breaking machine suppressing dispersion of eggshell pieces or interfusion into egg liquid when breaking an egg and making egg liquid to be obtained clean without turbidity caused by crush of yolk.;SOLUTION: This eggshell cutting unit in the egg breaking machine comprises having an egg receiving case 2 set with an egg receiving hole 3 to vertically pierce an egg supporting member and receive and hold the egg E, setting on the lower end of the egg receiving case 2 one cutting blade 5 sliding on a part of the outer periphery of the egg E projecting from the bottom of the egg receiving hole 3 along the bottom of the egg receiving hole 3 to make a cut. The cutting blade 5 is fixed to a slide rod 4 axially supporting one end in a freely shakable manner so as to isolatedly correspond with the bottom of the egg receiving hole 3 in a reverse V shape at a place where the egg receiving case 2 inclines at least 30 degrees.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
