PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein screen viewing is hard, since flickers and persistence appear by quick cycles on the screen of a liquid crystal displaying device, when reading by quick display timing of each transmission.;SOLUTION: A transmitter 2 and a receiver 3 are connected to an ultrasonic vibrator 1; the output of the A/D receiver 3 is connected to the input side of an A/D converter 4; the output of the converter 4 is connected to one transmission address adding machine 5a of a control unit 5 composed of a CPU; one transmission address adding machine 5a of the control unit 5 is connected to a display memory 6; the display memory 6 is connected to 2-transmission reading functions 5b of the control unit 5; the output of the reading function 5b is connected to an image processing circuit 7; and the output of the image processing circuit 7 is connected to the liquid crystal display device 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
