PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive hot water supply system having improved instantaneous hot water supply performance while saving energy.;SOLUTION: The system comprises a hot water supply outward pipe 2 connected to a heat source 1, a plurality of distributed branch pipes 4 with hot water supply faucets 3 connected to the hot water supply outward pipe 2, hot water storage tanks 5 connected to the hot water outward pipe 2 at right upstream positions of the hot water supply faucets 3, and a hot water supply return pipe 7 connected to the lower parts of the hot water storage tanks 5 via low temperature side connection pipes 8, and the low temperature side connection pipes 8 each having a first check valve 13 which allows flow only to the side of the hot water storage tank 5 and a first bypass pipe 15 in which a first constant flow valve 14 is mounted. During hot water storage, hot water flows through the first constant flow valves 14 while being stored in a heat stored state with thermal stratification. During hot water supply, hot water supply pressure is imparted by water supply through the first check valve 13 from a water supply pipe 9 with less resistance so that hot water is supplied instantaneously from the hot water storage tank 5 nearest the hot water supply faucet 3 tapped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
