PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible metal-lined laminate excellent in dimensional stability, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: The method is for manufacturing a flexible metal-lined laminate, wherein an adhesive film having a thermoplastic polyimide-containing adhesive layer at least on one of its surfaces is laminated with a metal foil in a heated roll laminator having two or more metal rolls. A polyimide film protective material is arranged between the heating rolls and the materials to be laminated, and covers parts of the heating rolls. The adhesive film and the metal foil are brought into contact with the heating rolls before heating and compression, and the protective material is delaminated from the laminate after cooling.
