PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management system offering greater satisfaction to a customer receiving various services offered in various kinds of commercial facilities for the purpose of contentment of specific concepts such as healing, cosmetic (beauty treatment), relaxation, health, and epicureanism.;SOLUTION: As to the customer 1 using a commercial facility 3 for contentment of specific concepts such as healing and beauty, personal data 5 matching characteristics and taste of the customer are previously registered with identification data 4 of the customer 1 by means of a computer for offering a service satisfying the specific concept. Reservation management for use of the commercial facility 3 offering the service by the customer 1, entrance management, and customer management such as reservation of the offered specific service is carried out by referring to the personal data 5, and various service contents offered in the commercial facility 3 are selected and outputted in association with the contents of the personal data 5.
