PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect vehicle information such as current position, moving speed, and moving direction of a lot of automobiles located in a large area.;SOLUTION: Each automobile is equipped with a vehicle information collecting/distributing device with a wireless network part and a vehicle information obtaining part which obtains own vehicle information, and a communication network is constructed using a communication network automatic constructing system which is composed of a lot of vehicle information collecting/distributing devices connected one another by wireless. And, the vehicle information collecting/distributing device of each automobile relays the vehicle information collecting/distributing device of the automobile which is in the communication range, distributes the vehicle information to the vehicle information collecting/distributing device of other automobile, collects the vehicle information from the vehicle information collecting/distributing device of the other automobile, and creates road information from the collected vehicle information and the own vehicle information in the communication network.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
