PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account system capable of providing a patient with the knowledge about a telephone follow-up examination, then performing the telephone follow-up examination, and automatically charging the fee therefor. PSOLUTION: This system comprises a patient side information terminal 20, a hospital side information terminal 30, and a host server 10 which are connected through a prescribed line such as the Internet. The host server 10 is provided with an explanation picture, a diagnostic question input picture and a diagnostic answer input picture associated with telephone medical re-examination, and when telephone medical re-examination is requested from a patient, the host server 10 presents the explanation picture associated with the telephone medical re-examination, and transmits the diagnostic question input picture to the patient side information terminal 20 only with the patient's consent, and transmits the diagnostic answer input picture attached with question contents to the hospital side information terminal equipment 30, and executes the charging processing of telephone follow-up examination when an answer from the hospital side information terminal 30 is received.
