PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information digit multiplication device with check digits and an information digit check device which checks information digits by the check digit corresponding to the device. PSOLUTION: Registration information of an organization digit registration part 13 is referred to and when no organization digit is registered before registration this time, the information digit generated by an information digit generation counter 12 is input in a derived function expression or a synthetic function expression associated with the organization digit registration part 13 and the check digit is calculated. After that, the calculated check digit is added, for example, to a further lower digit of the lowermost digit of the information number, a new organization digit in which the check digit itself is included as the information digit is generated and output by an organization digit synthesizing part 15.
